What Is A Kindle? The Cheapest Way To Buy And Read Books
On a spiritual and philosophical level, a Kindle is the great bringer of the flame of enlightenment, but more on that later. What is a Kindle physically? Commonly referred to as an e-reader, a Kindle is a reading tablet, very modern.
The Kindle displays words on the screen like words on a page using a thing called E Ink. Strange new technology for sure as E Ink spreads itself electronically. Its better than other e-readers because it adds 50% more contrast and sharpness. Unlike other tablets, there is no reflections or glare even at the beach under the noon sun. When I first got my hands on the Kindle I also asked myself what is a Kindle, how does it work? It was just hard to get what was going on there. It was weird, it was like looking a real ink filled page. It is a mystery how this functions, but it works well. Here are some of the great features of the new Kindle:
From the Kindle store you can download books anytime anywhere
Free 3G Internet, no payments or contracts
Home or hotpot WI-FI
Reading is seamless with 20% faster page turns
Dictionary, notes, highlights, pdf reader
Web browsing (experimental)
Great fonts, crisp and dark
Sleek design that is smaller but same 6” reading screen
Only 8.7 ounces, lighter than a paperback
Two month battery life with the wireless turn off
Enough storage for 3,500 books
Can you believe that: 3,500 books! What is a Kindle? A Kindle is the future, a virtual library, that you can take anywhere, and download at anytime I have, in my living room, over 200 hundred books on shelves, and there is no more room for shelves. 17.5 living rooms filled with books answers what is a Kindle.
In truth, what is a Kindle? It is the bringer of light! What am I talking about here? Kindle exposes self published authors, authors that truly have something to say, and are not controlled by the big publishing houses. Kindle brings these books to light that you would normally never be able to read, books written by unknown authors. These books are worth reading, as these brave writers are the torchbearers of the of the truth. And only now through the awesome Kindle can they come to the light, for low prices of $2.99 or less, and they are top kindle books. So asking the question: where can I buy a kindle? And then I said nowhere, would that surprise you?
